Judge Boots Parents from Son’s Schooling
Another judge in Massachusetts has ruled against parental input regarding the education of their own children, this time deciding that a district’s special education program for a 13-year-old can move forward even though his parents refused to sign an authorization for the additional monitoring and counseling…
Officials at Parental Rights (www.ParentalRights.org) said they couldn’t comment on the specific case without seeing more information about the judge’s order, which was issued verbally and not in writing. But they said in general, the system should not push parents away.
“Parents know their children better than anyone and if the state refuses to partner with parents in public schools then we’ve got a serious problem,” a spokesman said.
Every Judge that takes away a child from the parents should be kick off the bench and for Depaartment of human Services that makes false statements should go to prison that is purgery that is a scandal and fraud there needs to be a law against this the state workers r protected by the 11th and 13 th ammentment which is immunity a parents should have immunity also FBI should be investgesting these cases his stuff needs to come out of the dark it shouln’t be hidden.

Let’s go back to the 60’s and protest with rallies and picketing of courts and CPS offices. All the parents whose rights have been denied should band together as minorities have done in the past and continue to do. We have to bring this issue to the forefront of public attention. Unless public pressure is brought to bear, via the news media, these abuses of the system will continue.

First of all john u better wtch who u r calling a moron u r 1 yourself I agree with Nancy everybody should banned togther but nobody wants to do anything about it whenever i protest everybody just turn their heads away I can’t get anybody to picketing with me the news people just goes on by so the the newspaper people here in Iowa are very selfish its called IOWA DIRTY LITTLE SECRETS all these people the courts the Judges the stateworkers names needs to come out. Why should they get immunity and be protected by the 11th ammendment and the 13th ammendments why can’t parents have immunity to. DHS says these aren’t really our children that our children really belong to the state and that the state can take our children whenever they want to. Who came up with that crap.
