In New Zealand Daughter Hidden from Parents Under Privacy Act

Keeping with the child-privacy-from-the-parents theme… In New Zealand a 16 year-old girl ran away from home and the parents are trying to find her. The police know where she is but they can’t tell the parents because of “privacy rights of children.”
Bob McCoskrie, National Director of Family First NZ had this to say in a press release, “Politicians, with the support of the UN, Children’s Commissioner and Youth Law Project to name a few, have sought to increase children’s rights without considering the vital role of parents, and ways of strengthening families rather than splitting them.”
What we are seeing in New Zealand, the UK, and other parts of the world is heading our way. The question is, will we stop it? Will we stand up and fortify the rights of parents for the good of children?

please help my soon to be 16 year old daughter has been taking from me by protective services.This is insane my daughter was being treated with experimental research drugs that were making her very ill. When she decided that the drugs were not putting her condition at bay and decided to research the drugs and found that they were life threatening adverse effects and deaths reported from taking these drugs decided she wanted to persue a more natural approach such as hoistic treatment.She was removed from parents custody. Parents being charged with medical neglect and asked to due a psycological evaluation. My daughter who has always been a gifted child states I am of sound mind to make a choice concerning my body when am I gonna be heard and why aren’t anyone listening to my parents who are suppose to be my advocates.

ParentalRights.org is not equiped to help you with your situation. Our mission is singularly focused on helping to solve the problem at the constitutional level. Parent rights are not respected and are often totally ignored at the detriment of the child.
You need to find an attorney who can help you in your area.

This is an utter violation of parental and even individual rights! It has to be brought to a halt. Contact the Citizens’Commission on Human Rights. They may be able to help.

DHS motto is that these aren’t really our children that our children belong to the state and that the state can take our children whenever they want to who made DHS/CPI boss anyway that is a big joke I gave birth to my children not the state and they took my children away so that they can stay employed everybody needs to get togther and make them sob out of a job because they abuse their own children.

I do not know what Elizabeth Price’s motives are but viewers should be wary of the Citizens Commission on Human Rights. It is a well known front organisation for the controversial Church of Scientology.
I’m not saying don’t contact them, but do a bit of research beforehand
