Between Christmas and New Year’s, life often seems to slow down as the peace of the holiday season lingers for just a little while longer.

It’s almost crazy to imagine that legislatures will be starting up their 2022 legislative sessions as early as this Monday! Fortunately, we are already poised to hit the ground running in several states.
